With no waiting lists, we can see you the same week and in some cases even the same day that you call!

Are you Westfield covered?

Yes, we can provide you with a receipt to submit to Westfield for your claim. We are also covered by many other major insurers- if you are uncertain just ask!

Do you provide remote consultations?

Yes, we provide video consultations- using free and easy to use software. Or alternatively we can also do telephone calls if preferred.

What Do I Need to Bring to My Appointment?

All you need is appropriate clothing (generally shorts/jogging bottoms, t shirt will be fine), we will provide anything required for treatment e.g. tape, exercise bands and massage cream.

Are You HCPC Regstered and a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy?

Yes, we are full registered with both organisations. Please ask if you require any further details.

Do I need a GP referral?

No, meaning you can self refer and book straight away. If you are not sure if physiotherapy can help, why not have a chat over the phone and we can provide guidance as to whether you are a suitable candidate for physiotherapy.

Will I Get A Copy of Any Exercises/Advice?

Yes, following your appointment you will be emailed an electronic copy of your exercises with pictures and videos which are easy to follow. We will also write down any specific advice provided during the session.
